The Young and the Restless
This class is for young adults, single or married, who are out of high school. This class utilizes Scripture to help deal with life issues.
Currently the class is using "The Wired Word" -- a service that examines
a weekly news story and then uses Scripture to guide our thinking.
COKESBURY
The adult Bible study
class uses Cokesbury literature and is made up primarily of
individuals 50 years and older. All ages are welcome.
This class fosters a
"family environment" where each person loves, respects and
encourages each other.
CROSSTALK
The class is an open
forum with open discussion about each lesson. This class has
in-depth discussions of local and national current events and social
issues as related to scripture lessons.
We offer love and
support for one another as we grow in our spiritual understanding of
God’s Word and His requirements of us.
The class consists
primarily of individuals ages mid 40's to 70's, however all ages,
couples and singles, are welcome.
LADIES’S
BIBLE CLASS
This class is for women
of all ages, single, widowed, divorced or married.
The teacher is Jean
Shepherd and the substitute is Robbie Wallace. The class is studying
the International Lesson Series "Adult Bible Studies." The class
offers a discussion type lesson.
JOHN 3:16
This adult Bible study
class is made up of adults, mostly married, with some singles. The
class enjoys discussion and open sharing.
MEN’S BIBLE CLASS
This class is
biblically based on the International Lesson Series "Adult Bible
Studies".
The goal of this unit
is to motivate others to share God’s message through the appropriate
scripture lessons. This class is currently made up of senior age
men, but it is open to men and women of all ages. Everyone is
genuinely welcome!
OPEN DOOR
This class welcomes
adults of all ages. It is made up mostly of 20-40 year olds, most
with children ranging from infants to teens. Topics include
religious and family issues, current events and biblical issues
WESLEY
This class was the
first adult class from which all other classes originated. We are a
diverse mix of our church family ages fifty and up.
We use International
Sunday School literature and focus on applying scripture to today’s
problems. We encourage open participation and visitors are always
welcome.
